2007年提供中英口筆譯服務至今，為文理雙棲資深譯者，致力於滿足客戶同步、逐步、隨行口譯、筆譯及開設課程等不同需求，尤其擅長生技醫療領域，相關經歷從協助醫病溝通，到各種疾病與臨床試驗會議，到兩岸醫院評鑑，期盼有一天能協助台灣建立完善的醫療口譯制度。
除了生技醫療領域，多年來亦在商務財經、資訊科技、科學環境、人文藝術、旅遊精品、智財法律領域服務諸多客戶，橫跨企業、政府、醫院、學校各級單位，深受好評與信任，並獲聘為高等法院地檢署特約通譯。
2015年投入口筆譯與英語教學，現為台東大學英美系兼任講師，之前曾於交通、中興、靜宜三所大學外文系授課，並擔任台東縣政府服務業英語課程、公務人力發展學院短期英語訓練班、中區大學生專業英語巡迴課程、竹科啟碁科技口譯及童綜合醫院職場英語培訓講師，享受教學相長的樂趣。
目前與先生、女兒居台灣東部，為業餘合唱團員，閒暇時喜好有氧、游泳，及爬山、騎自行車等任何可接近大自然的活動。
Hi! I am Donna, a scientist-turned Chinese-English translation and interpretation professional based in Taiwan. My career in facilitating bilingual communication began in 2007 as a healthcare interpreter in Toronto, Canada. After receiving conference interpretation training between 2010 and 2012, I started to provide services beyond healthcare to areas including business & finance, information & technology, science & environment, humanities & art, tourism & luxury, and law & intellectual property with clients ranging from the industry, government, and academia both within Taiwan and from overseas. I have also been recruited as a legal interpreter at the District Prosecutors Office, Taiwan High Court for four years now.
In addition to providing translation and interpretation services, I became devoted to teaching interpretation, translation, and general English in 2015. Currently I am an adjunct lecturer at the foreign language department of National Taitung University as well as a trainer hired by Taitung County Government, teaching English speaking in the service sector to Taitung citizens.
In my spare time, I enjoy choir singing, aerobics, swimming, hiking, biking, and any activities that bring me close to nature.
